• Determination of the Client's needs and data gathering• Workplace consulting survey• Data analysis• Selection of the alternative office premises according to the Client's requirements• Preliminary selection & comparison of alternative & current office premises• Preparation of a location survey for the chosen premises• Preparation of customized layouts for the chosen office premises according to the Client's needs (1-3 options)• Preparation of aggregate renovation calculations for the chosen office premises• Analysis of lease agreement template for the chosen premises provided by the landlords (owners), elaboration of initial recommendations for the Client• Negotiations on the lease terms with the landlords (owners)• Consulting the Client on the final choice of the Office Premises• Development of Relocation Schedule (if needed)• Preparation of a document package for the signing of the lease agreement
